Susan B. Hardwicke, Ph.D. - Director and Founder of kSero Centers for the Mind
Dr. Hardwicke holds both Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology from George Washington University in Washington, DC. where she also served as an invited Lecturer in Psychology. She has studied nutrition and the impact of supplements on the brain and behavior for more than 20 years, and has specialized in measurement, assessment, and human development for the past 14 years. Her experience in cognitive psychology, learning, and measurement has ranged from designing and evaluating research on computerized testing for the U.S. Department of Defense to establishing a nationally used online educational testing system and receiving federal grants for applying cognitive neuroscience for improving foundational learning skills. Dr. Hardwicke served as lecturer at the California School of Professional Psychology and as an advisor for the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC.
W. Andy Wallace, M.S. - Assistant Director at kSero Centers for the Mind
Mr. Wallace holds a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond. Mr. Wallace has served in a variety of mental health settings, such as community outpatient clinics, school-based programs, and community-based programs for teens. Mr. Wallace specializes in helping children having an ADD diagnosis. He developed his own neurofeedback practice for children and adults in Portland, Oregon. Mr. Wallace designs client programs at kSero Centers for the Mind. He is a cognitive training and neurofeedback specialist for kSero.
Kristen M. Baker - Client Services Manager at kSero Centers for the Mind
Ms. Baker recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Tech. Until joining kSero, Ms. Baker was a research assistant studying cognitive learning and model-based reasoning under a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant.

David Stein, Ph.D.
Dr. Stein is a professor of Psychology at Longwood University, and an internationally recognized author of books on behavior and learning problems. Dr. Stein serves as Director of Clinical Services for kSero Centers for the Mind. His book titles include:

Bose Ravenel, M.D., Cornerstone Pediatrics - A board–certified pediatrician with 35 years experience in private practice
Dr. Ravenel received his Doctorate of Medicine from Duke University of Durham, NC, where he also completed his internship. Dr. Ravenel completed his residency in Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore, MD., and has taught as Assistant and Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Greensboro, NC, while in private practice. Dr. Ravenel specializes in attentional and parenting issues, and regularly contributes to professional debates about ADHD and the appropriateness of stimulant and anti-depressant medications.
