Easy Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup orange juice (also can use apple juice)
3/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons (or more) nonfat dry milk OR high protein powder
6 ice cubes


Directions:
Peel the banana. With your hands, break the banana into chunks and place in blender. Add orange juice, milk and dry milk/protein to blender. Blend at high speed until mixture is smooth. Put 3 ice cubes in each glass. Fill glasses with smoothie.

Makes 2 servings.
